The largest of its kind in Los Angeles, this state-of-the-art Sports/Health Club will occupy a 2.25-acre lot in the Wilshire Center District.

The 120,000 square foot club will have a contemporary aesthetics that will have a translucent effect

so that a clear visual connection can be made from the public to the interior activities of the Club.
The club will feature five-stories of facilities plus a basement that will consist of a food court and sports bar/restaurant.

The first and second floors of the building will house 45,000 square foot of retail shops and restaurants.

The third floor will be designed as a sauna and bath facility and the fourth floor, a fitness/ excercise facility.

The fifth floor will accommodate a swimming pool, racquetball courts, track, and child care facility.

The project will also incorporate an enclosed driving range to the rear of the property, featuring 65 tees on a four-level tee decks.
