The historical Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, site of the very first Academy Awards ceremony,

is a 3.25 acre site consisting of a 12-story penthouse hotel, an adjacent two-story cabana,

a two-story historical office building, a parking structure facing Hollywod Boulevard,

and surface parking directly behind the hotel. Archeon designed the addition to the Cabana,

the parking struture, retail spaces along Hollywood Boulevard, and a potential multi-residential building.

Interior space planning includes new registration area to the lower level, remodel and relocation of offices

in the mezzanine level and creating new lounge space.
